Fabulous Weekend Getaway!

Where shall i start ... Ok ... first, princess is going to have a 妹妹. Now hubby is searching feverish for a name for our new baby princess. I am so touched. Why? Because he is assuring me that no matter what is the gender of our baby, he still loves them very much. But i feel so guilty. I feel that I have disappointed him once again. But like my hubby said, can always try for the 3rd one .... OMG!!!

Yesterday night, he was searching through the website for a name, matching to our princes no. 1, Phoebe. He found Phedru (which both of us doesn't knw how to pronounce), Persis (which we think very unique and nice), Phyliss (we both like this name too, means bright or shinning ... forget liao) ... anyway, we still have alot of time to search for a nice nice name for our princess no. 2! :D

Anyway, last weekend, we organise a weekend getaway for my MIL, mainly because she is flying off to States this coming Friday. So hubby suggested that we shall spend some quality time together. So I booked a room at Sentosa Siloso Beach Resort and we LOVVVVEEEEE it!

It has 2 floors. 1st floor is the bedroom with a view to die for ... and 2nd floor is a sun-tanning area and a jacuzzi area ... which i fill it up and play with princess in the evening. The view is also magnificence!

Now for the video ...

Strong wind on our departure morning

A tour in the 1st floor bedroom

During this trip, we notice something very unusual. Normally, kids would love to go to the beach and play with the sea-water and sand. We always can see an image of father and mother with the kids building sand-castle together ... playing together. But my princess is not doing all these! Instead, once she stepped onto the sand, she refused to move! hahahaha ... she just stand very still and hold on tightly to daddy's t-shirt and her expression is so pathetic! :D She hates the sand getting on her feet. Then we have to carry her up to the land and wash her feet with sea-water. So, we tried to let her wear shoes and brought her down again. At least she was ok with it. We thought, finally she is learning to accept the sand. But we were too optimistic... Once she feel that her shoes has sand, she fuss again .... wahahaha .... so, my hubby and I decided that from now on, no more beaches for princess until she has grow up and learn to accept sand like any other kids. It was so funny to see princess behaving like that ... especially her expression.

At night, our brother-inlaw and his wife (Davide and Yuki) came over to join us for dinner. So nice of them to come all the way to Sentosa to meet up with us. We had a fantastic dinner (kindly sponspered by MIL) but it was very expensive. So that place was being banned by the whole family ... But sorry, I cannot revealed the name of the restaurant here. Kekekeke .. :D

We love this place very much ... Luckily it only started to rain when we check-out. Will definitely come back again!
